Nom nom nom ....
I went out on a limb a few days ago and bought Omaha steaks, aka The Expensive Stuff. I couldn't resist the tender steaky goodness so I caved.
And last night I think I made the most delicious meal to date.
It's all about the meat.
Really.
Beef Stroganoff Extraordinaire:
Boil package of egg noodles 10 - 12 minutes.
In pan add top sirloin or your choice of a tender cut of meat, cubed.
Cook to desired "doneness."
Drain just a bit of the juice.
Add cooked noodles to the pan and mix together with a can of cream of mushroom soup and small container of sour cream.
DELISH.
